Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) As per section 11(2)(c) of the Private Security and Investigative Service Act, 2005, all applicants must provide a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) with their application. A Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) in its official format from a police service. Your CRJMC must have been issued within the past six (6) months/must not be older than six (6) months from the date you submit your application.

A CRJMC includes:

  • Applicable criminal convictions
  • Findings of guilt under the federal Youth Criminal Justice Act
  • Absolute and conditional discharges
  • Outstanding charges, arrest warrants, and certain judicial orders

Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Checks from third-party providers will not be accepted. We directly get a police certificate from your local police station which is guaranteed to be approved by the Ministry. Otherwise, we will refund the full payment.

Once you complete this form, you will be shown the final price at checkout depending on your postal code. Note: if you provide incorrect information/address, we will not refund any payment and you MUST apply for another one by paying in full payment.

  • Applicants who receive a physical copy of a CRJMC by any police service must submit their application by mail. Only the original physical copy of the CRJMC will be accepted.
